"Awesome service from C247"
I placed an order for my phone at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10th, and they assured me it would arrive the next day (I was a bit doubtful since I live in an IV postcode area). True to form, it showed up a day late, but I did get a five-pound refund on Wednesday, which was nice.

"Outstanding Support from C247"
I purchased a phone from them at a great price and it arrived super fast. It functioned perfectly until it started having a ringer issue after roughly 11 months. Since it was still under warranty, I reached out to C247, but they couldn't swap it out since they didn't have it in stock anymore. Lauren from C247 was on the ball and offered me the choice of either reaching out to the manufacturer for a repair or getting my money back. I opted for the refund, and she quickly sent over a prepaid return label and processed the refund in no time. Truly top-notch customer service!

Awesome selection of smartphones. Awesome pricing. Quick shipping, but the delivery got held up by the carrier. Lauren from customer service was top-notch. She kept me in the loop about what was going on, and I got the phone the very next day. Their aftersales support was outstanding. A brand new device at a price that couldn't be matched.
